Can you grade a sloped lot?
Yes. We handle everything from minor leveling to significant grade changes. The Cat 249D CTL and Kubota MX4800 give us the power to reshape terrain on residential lots and rural acreage alike.
Do you haul in dirt or just move what's there?
We can do both. If you need fill dirt brought in or excess material hauled off, we quote that separately. Tell us what the end goal is and we'll figure out the best approach.
How big of a lot can you handle?
We've worked everything from small residential lots to multi-acre rural properties across Central Texas. No job is too big or too small — call for a custom quote on large acreage.
Can you prep a site for a slab or building?
Absolutely. Site prep for construction is one of our most common jobs. We grade, level, and compact so your contractor has a clean, ready surface to work from.
